With over a decade of experience as Mariner and in the environmental and biofuel sectors, Gaurav founded Oceanlux with a vision to develop sustainable, nature-based solutions for modern air quality challenges. His previous work in microalgae research and successful carbon capture projects laid the foundation for Oceanlux's innovative approach. Gaurav’s leadership is driven by a commitment to sustainability, having led major projects with Ambuja Cement.

With a Master’s in Biochemistry and years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Deep Prakash Singh brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to Oceanlux. As the Chief Manufacturing Head, he oversees the production and development of OceanTree, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Deep’s background in both manufacturing and business operations enables him to drive the scaling of our products while maintaining operational excellence.

A seasoned Company Secretary and finance professional turned entrepreneur, she brings over 20 years of expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial strategy across global corporations. As co-founder of OceanTree, she leverages her boardroom experience, ESG knowledge, and legal acumen to drive scalable carbon-negative climate solutions. With strong leadership and a natural business instinct, she mentors teams on aligning sustainability with commercial growth.

Ajay Jain is a veteran industrialist in the energy sector with over 40 years of experience, shaping startups into GreenTech pioneers. A graduate and postgraduate from IIT Kanpur, he brings unmatched expertise and vision to sustainable innovation.

Sandeep Madan is a renowned personality in IT and business management, with extensive experience in C-suite roles. A graduate from IIT Bombay and a master's from XLRI, he currently leads TBI at iCreate, offering vision and expert guidance to startups.
